Flickring
I joined Flickr, a photo sharing site last year. I think you will agree with me if I would say that it’s a very cool site. The user interface is sleek and it’s very easy to navigate your way in the site. I’ve been using it for storing some of my photos and searching for a good image that I can use without paying any royalties and breech the copyright law as a banner here.
For one long year, I’ve been using the free version which has so many limits. With a free account, a member has only 100 MB monthly upload limit, three sets, only the 200 most recent images are available, photos can only be add to 10 groups, and only smaller resolutions of the photos are viewable. It sucks isn’t? But since I have earnings in the Internet, I decided to buy a Pro account.
Since last Sunday, I’ve been uploading lots of photos in my Flickr account. Currently, I have 738 photos uploaded in Flickr where 199 photos are for public consumption. I’m officially a Flickr addict! Lol. Actually, last Wednesday, I tried my stinking prowess in photography and came up with a set of photos of salt and pepper shakers. Lol. I had fun taking photos even though they’re not as impressive as those photos that are currently in my favorites (that’s obvious).
It’s been a while since I first expressed in my Twitter that I wanted a pro account and I’m really glad that I purchased one. I like it. What’s more is that I’m now waiting for my 10 free Moo MiniCards. They would look like those tiny cards in the photo on the left. They’re photo calling cards, actually. They look wonderful and from what I have read in the Internet, they really look amazing! As I write this, my MiniCards are being dispatched. I cannot wait any longer. Lol. I want my MiniCards now! Haha.
Maybe, I will order more MiniCards if I would be satisfied. There are other things that you can do with the photos that you’ve uploaded in Flickr. I want to try them but then, I don’t have any moolah. Lol. Haha. Maybe, someday, I’ll be able to buy other things from the Internet.
If you have a Flickr account, be sure to add me and visit my set I call The Gallery. I end this post with some of my favorite photos that I took (be sure to check out the photos found below this page).
