“Welcome Back to Hell,” Said Satan

I’m officially back to grogginess mode.

As I have expected, I don’t have enough time to post here or even just visit your blogs and leave a comment. I’ve got 200 plus of unread blog entries in Google Reader.

So how’s my school life? Ah, very tiring. Out of the eight subjects that I’m taking up this semester, only one is my favorite. And that’s English. I’m enjoying it because we’re tackling about oral communication. So, after the term, if I would be able to be good in nasality (I want a British accent, haha) and improve my voice, I might release the first episode of Podcasteeg. More over, we also have a laboratory period for our English subject. The laboratory is so cool. It’s called Digital Language Laboratory. We look like call center agents when we are there.

PE is tiring. Who would not get tired, especially in our case that we have swimming and bowling for this semester? I don’t like the swimming part but I hope that I would like the latter.

I don’t like CF (Theology), not because I hate the subject itself but my instructor. The instructor that I had last semester is also the same professor who is handling us. Kapag sinuswerte ka nga naman.

PolSci does not look interesting, but according to my classmates, our professor is good. She said during our first meeting that she don’t give a failing mark to those students who has a perfect attendance. I got to like this one! Haha.

As for my remaining subjects, nine word: they are the ingredients to make me feel haggard.

Hmm… my new classmates? They’re not that bad but how I wish we were not reshuffled.

[EDIT] I want to share to you this conversation I had with a friend last week:

Christian: School is very bad to our health.
Michael: True.
Christian: It should be banned.
Michael: Better if annihilated.
Christian: Yeah, that would be better.

[/EDIT]

Bye for now, I got to review. See you next time if there is a next time!

why cant people make school interesting naman? lol.. im online everyday, but parang because i hate school SO much, i dont want to blog anymore. I dont want to remember anything na nangyayari sakin ngayon. ^_^
    goodluck nalang kuya. =)

  2. Wee! School is soooo fun!

NOT! Hay. Pareho lang tayo na haggard mode ngayon.

  3. Tiring, indeed. Since last week, pagkauwi ko, I went straight to bed so I could rest the stress away. Kakapagod talaga. MRT, LRT and jeepney rides pa lang, babagsak na ang mga mata ko. Good Lord.

    Good luck, Christian. :)

  4. I’m not sure if I’m looking forward to school as well. I mean, I just started my summer so why would I right?

As I say, things will get better eventually. You know, just be as productive as possible. Both socially and academically. Make school as interesting for you as possible, despite all the other ‘not so good’ factors.

  5. Hmm.. An English subject with a laboratory session? .Ack! That’s so cool. I’ve always wanted to try being a call center agent or something. As for the rest, yeah, they’re merely there to make you a haggard person at the end of the day. Hehe.

  6. English! I like english too! but I don’t like using it for call center jobs.

school really is so tiring. that’s fine I guess, at least. when you graduate, you know you deserve it. ^^

anyways, I’ve moved! http://xii.terebi-adikz.com please change your links!

  7. I don’t see the point of having a laboratory class for English, unless the school is aware that its students are sorely lacking in English-speaking skills.

Frankly, Theo and PolSci both suck. New classmates are good, which means you get to socialize with a bunch of new people. And really, who loves school? I don’t. If I was to be given a chance to set a nuclear bomb on one place, I would most likely aim it at my school.

  8. I agree.. School is tiring esp. if you are a graduating student. Plus the all the pressure and the deadlines. Wah! You’re only on your 2nd yr right? Never ever let your hectic sched get to you. Easy lang, learn to relax.Things will be back to “normal” soon, you’ll see.

  9. Hah. that’s school alrighty. :) It is the torture that makes it a school. Nevertheless, good luck. Uhm…. I like to have classes and attend school again! English….. blah, very bad subject for me since our english lecturer is blaaaaaaaaah. Political science is good! I love that subject (since I once dreamed of becoming a lawyer). You should perfect the attendance. Hahaha!

  10. School is really bad for our health. Hehe. Nakakapagod. Katulad ko, kelangan 6am palang gising na ko. Err.

  11. I faintly recall myself thinking the same thoughts when I was in school. I’m glad I’m over it. School has its ups & downs but when it’s down it’s really really really way down  English was also one of my fave subjects together with Pol Sci

  12. And so you were biten by the school bug. Just like me.

I have Speech Communication as a subject. Though we don’t have a laboratory in UPLB (Poor UP), I enjoy it nonetheless. I have a gay professor and he’s every creative and loud! LOL. And we were like playing in our class.

As for PE, we only have the discussions. I think the action would be available next sem.

I also have PolSci and it rocks, really. I’m pretty interested in Politics and the discussions and debates among my opinionated classmates is worth enjoying. I think you should also have those things in your PolSci. Thinking out loud really does miracles.

  13. So far, in my school, I’m finding my subjects quite enjoyable, and my new classmates very nice and friendly. :) I don’t really have any complaints except that I don’t get to talk much anymore with my old friends from last year. Sigh~ I guess that’s life.

I like English also!! But then, ithe supposedly Oral Communication class became a sort of lecture-show-and-tell class. -__-” It’s still coolthough, I guess.

  14. I remember my first year of hs when we were required to go to a speech lab for English (my English teacher herself thought it was stupid, but since the school insisted…). As cool as the lab looked with all its gadgetry, it was a complete waste of time since the recordings we had to listen to mispronounced words a lot, spoke wrong grammar, and had the kind of accent that you wished never spoke English EVER. Our teacher didn’t have to nitpick it—we all did it for her. Afterwards, our teacher complained to our school director about it. We were in that speech lab for a total of one time in the two years I was in that school. XD

Swimming is evil, you have no idea how happy I was when I managed to escape from taking that for PE. XD

Well, despite all the suckiness, I hope you still find a way to enjoy school. :]

  15. I’m just so glad I’m out of school… Well, not that it ever stopped… life-long learning is still key in the job market… Still have to take the occasional seminars and skills-updating courses when I have time.

  16. Hi Christian! Nice to hear from you. Thanks for visiting me earlier. Oh, I know that familiar feeling back in college. :) But I miss the good old days especially after classes when my friends and I would meet at the pebblewash, our tambayan in school.

  17. Haven’t been by here for a while. I didn’t enjoy speech so much. My prof was such a b*tch. Who’s yours? Oh and I can help with the British accent thing if you want! :yay:
