Did he even file on time? Why was he allowed to fill in? Based on the surveys, Montano edges out Gomez. Both of them are within the 16-20 range and are very dangerously close to winning a senate slot. Has Defensor even tried talking in his ads? Puro kaway, lingon at ngiti lang ata nakita ko eh.
