The lips are singing!
I was watching a variety show a while ago. Dunno if it’s only me or what but I can notice that some actors and actresses are only doing lip synch when they were performing. Especially those who are not really into singing. Actually, I already had this theory ages ago when new actors and actresses started to sprout from nowhere. So what do you think? For me it’s so obvious that the voices we hear when they are singing are not theirs! Their “voices” (while singing) are different from their normal voices.
If my theory is true they have to do some tuning with their voices. Lol. Will you enroll them to voice lessons? Lol. Oh, they can do that… they have money! And for the broadcasting stations, they should not let these actors and actresses singing if they know that they’re not that too good. Napapahiya lang sila at nakakapangilabot lang tuwing kumakanta sila. Konti na lang at mababasag na yung screen ng TV namin! Hehe.
Oh, if you’re also watching TV (here in the Philippines), I mean those commercials in TV, you’ll notice that the shampoo commercials were not filmed here in our country. Or is it only me again? Haha. The ambiance of those commercials (especially the commercials of “hinde, shinampoo ko lang yan!” (No mentioning of products… lol. Hindi ko sponsor eh… Hehe.)) are really different. I don’t know what made me say that. Hehe.
Some site stuff… I might also do what Tammy and Robbie did with their blogs. The blogging community was infected by these new people who are blogging and commenting just to have tons of comments. That’s not the real purpose of blogging. Please don’t be demanding and do not plug your site in your comments. What’s the use of the tagboard? I know what I am doing and do not instruct me what to do because I’m not a robot. And yes, I think nobody cared to read the Read Me because I still receive useless comments.

That’s the reason why I hate watching Sunday Variety Shows. Those “pseudo-singers” are annoying. I even hate it when the hosts are singing with my bads. Grr. It’s pretty blatant naman eh na they’re just lip synching. Their lips don’t even match the lyrics pa nga eh. Now, you know that I hate Starstruck and SCQ. It’s nothing but $hit. It should be about talent, but no. It has become about “popularity”. Where has the talent gone?
Actually, it not their voice. There are these so called “ghost singers”. And you’re right, it’s all for money!
It’s very easy to move your blog. Haha. I’m sick of getting nonsensical comments from the “outsiders”. Ugh. Having a small audience is good. It makes you blog without restraint.

ooh new layout!
i somewhat find those artistas enjoying. haha. lalo na kung yung tono ng voice sa record e high tapos yung facial expressions nila e parang walang nangyari. lol. katawa. but if i where them, since they have the money and all, they should’ve enrolled in music schools to make their crafts better. lalo pa silang tatangkilikin ng tao since meron na talaga silang “talent” besides their looks. :lolz:
onga tammy also moved here blog. and i still cant find it. ill better mail her. minsan nga rin nakakatamad naring magbloghop just to return comments.
and btw, ive read your previous post about someone asking a favor. actually hiningi nya rin yung dati kong codes. but i told that person na ill make a layout para sa kanya. tapos yun ginawa ko e hindi nya nagustuhan ata. ayun sayang ang effort ko. tsk. pero okay lang. ganyan talaga ang buhay.:neutral:

hey.. i noticed that one too, minsan pag kumakanata sila sa tv/music video… magandang maganda ung voice nila pero pag live performance naku…parang mapapaos na ung boses. I saw a documentary about dun sa commercial shooting.. well, sa studio lang pala shinoshoot yun
since wala masyadong scenes… haha. pero ung ambiance di pang pilipinas! parang italian something/vintage-y.

yeah, all of them are lip synching, except of course the real singer…but sumtimes they are force to lipsynch to when they’re perfoming with nonsingers.
But you know what, u can only notice that on the television, but when u’re actually there, watching them in person, they seem to be reaslly singing :happy:

Aaay naku, dati naiinis din ako sa mga tao na ang habol lang eh maraming comments, hmf. Minsan naaasar ako dun sa mga comments na walang kwenta eh, yung katulad nung nsa *read me* mo..

I think the whole new generation of bloggers just aren’t that much aware yet of how blogging and leaving comments ON the entry is and what the whole thing really is about. They just post comments to gain visitors and to have their site become popular. So yeah, really stinks. I usually just ignore those kinds of comments.
Anyways, I think the settings in shampoo commercials are just made in studios.
I don’t think companies would be willing enough to spend money to send commerical models to other places just to shoot a 3-minute scene.

Actually they are lip synching. What they do is they record their voice in a studio and then lip synch to them when performing… Well at least that’s what I think lol. And those commercials.. Ive also noticed that. Some are probably just dubbed in Filipino.
Anyway, ok rin naman yung idea na making a blog available for a selected few. At least hindi ka naghehesitate on what to post, free na free ka talaga.

A lot of actresses/actors who are not into singing have their “ghost singers” everytime they are forced to sing in a show (example when promoting for a movie… the lead actress/actor must sing the theme song of the movie ) ahhaha

I hate Philippine showbiz. There’s a lot of phony and j-logs actors appearing nowadays that they make me barf whenever I see them. I’m not being mean, I’m just describing what I’m seeing. Thank God for Studio 23 and cable TV.

I’m tired of watching the noontime shows especially during Sundays. I was rather fond of those when I was young. Now, I hate the artists these days. I can just sit and watch the channel where you get to see what the next movie to be shown in a particular channel.
Lip-synching. The ones who always do that are the ones who promote for their mushy movies. Hah! I just remembered a TV show when I was young. There was one actor who opened his mouth even before the “voice” sang. Wahaha. I found it funny. So I think that’s the time when I showed signs of disliking actors/actresses who always have their lips synched with the song.
Oh about the commercial. I HATE THAT COMMERCIAL! Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr…

haha, i already noticed that a long time ago and just like you i am very much annoyed and I can’t tolerate myself to watch their performance therefore i switch to other channels. im usually more fond of watching hbo, cinemax and axn than variety shows although i do watch it sometimes because of my mom.
tapos kung mapapansin mo naglilip synch na nga eh mali mali pa ung lumalabas sa bibig nila ni hindi nga nila kayang sabayan ung song eh. as in naku nakakairita!!!
bat kaya hindi nila tigilan un masyado yatang manhid ung director dahil patuloy pa rin nilang ginagawa un ha.

naku ung mga late magsalita as in may naririnig kang boses pero di naman tama ung pagbuka ng bibig. dun lang sa mga walang “K” kumanta ang gumagawa non. meron nga dahil sa sobrng hi-tech na ngaun generation, pwede pa nila lalong pagandahin ung boses using progs/softwares..hay.
inis rin ako sa sinasabi mo na walang kasense-sense na comment..
