I still remember learning this poem in my Literature class when I was in 7th Grade. It's one of my most favorite poems, which I learned from school because it talks about not only about making choices in life, but which choices to make which will benefit us :)

This is very well written, I think you should submit it. Perfect for end of schoolyear thing you know? Like you said, graduation.

Wow! That's inspiring man. :) Oo nga, we can't travel both roads of life. It's either we make the right decision, or make the wrong one, and suffer later.

off-topic! first of all, I would like to say sorry for not visiting your site for the past few days.

I love that poem by Robert Frost! Pag nagkaroon ako ng time gagawa ako ng line by line analysis nung poem...

As usual, I like the article you wrote. It draws the attention of all those students who are graduating this year. It's good to know that you still continue to write. I have given up writing a few months ago. And that is something I would really like to change.

I agree that we tend to choose the wrong paths. However, life does not end because of our mistakes. It only ends when we stop right at the middle and tell yourself that it is enough. This is one of the reasons of why I hate the word "contentment".

IMHO, there's nothing wrong in abandoning a road that we haven't finished tracking. Who knows? The road we are currently taking just goes on and on and will never cross another road. Sometimes it's hard to take a road which is meant to be parallel to others. You will never achieve anything, if you don't take the risks, diba?

Uhmm, Louie, if you don't mind, I'd like to read your previous entry. That is, if you don't mind. Thank you!

P.S. I don't really know if this comment is relevant to your post. Eto kasi yung pumasok sa isip ko nung nabasa ko yung post mo. Kung wala man tong connection sa post mo, inform me na lang ha!

I always make bad choices but I hope I won't for what I'm going to do for a living, I've been lazy and not thinking about it. I can't wait to graduate

That poem is one of my favorite. I remember, we have discussed it way back in HS on our English subject. That poem even helped me decide on what course to take in college. Haha! There are two roads, one grassy at palaging dinadaanan kasi parang safe sya, the other one parang scary, madilim, at walang ngaattempt na dumaan. Well, go figure.
Like what Robbie said, some decisions rely on what our hearts really desire.. not because it's the safest route to take. Sometimes, that's where regrets stem from; if we decide without first hearing what our hearts have to say. Then whatever are the consequences of our actions, we must accept it responsibly. I particularly like the last 3 sentences, "Two roads diverged in a wood, and I- I took the one less traveled by, And that has made all the difference."

It's never wise to regret decisions you make..Kaya nga may tawag na paninindigan eh..And humbleness..Dahil kahit gaano kamali ang desisyon mo, may natututunan ka dun diba?

I liked the article..Sabi ko nga, I do believe in destiny, but it is I who make it (and the Lord, of course).

I'd like to read your last entry, if you don't mind giving me the password. OK lang kung ayaw mo :p
