I’m the chosen one… no way!
I’m getting irritated… or shall I say flattered? Haha. What I know is that I hate it when they associate Harry Potter to me… I mean, three people from the university that I’m currently attending (two of them are my instructors and the other one is a staff of the official publication of my college) told me that I look like Harry Potter. No way!
First thing you have to know now is that I didn’t tell them that I’m a fan of Harry’s and I’m not imitating him! So why these people are telling me that I look like Harry? I don’t know… I’ll ask one of them in the near future.
Do I really look like Harry? Then, why didn’t I turn up for the auditions for Harry Potter? Haha… lol. FYI, only European people can be casted for the movie.

I don’t know if this is a good or a bad news to me…
I’m now officially a staffer of my college’s official publication.
Big time! I’m not expecting it. Besides, I didn’t plan to join it. Well, there were no auditions and the like where me and the other hopefuls to join the said club have to write an article and wait for a day or two to know if we’re “in”. The new members were handpicked… and now, I have to write a news article for our first issue this academic year which will be released next month. Urgh… I hate writing news. Want to do it for me? I’ll give you the details and the other information. Lol… joke!

As for the recollection we had two days ago, I’m pleased that our facilitator did not tell a thing about me, except for the fact that I was his student during my high school days (see and read the preceding post).
And as what I had expected, I already know the things that we did. I was not excited but on the other hand, I was pleased that we did those activities. One of them is where we have to affirm each other; we told each other our first impressions and the positive characteristics we had noticed about them. I run out of adjectives that time! I think almost all of my blockmates told me that I’m… oh, I’ll not put it here… I don’t want to be a swelled head.

Yay! Congrats with being in the newspaper staff. I think it’s a great opportunity, in many levels. Besides, it should improve your writing skills evenmore.

Well Harry Potter shouldn’t really be as awesome looking as Daniel Radcliffe until his later years. So yes, you’d pass for HP. I was actually thinking the same thing as your profs did.

Haha… Christian ka na pala ngayon. People would only associate you with looking like Harry Potter if you have messy hair and a pair of glasses. That’s what happened to my friend.
Anyway… big ups for joining the publication. In my school we have a very tight screening process… and if people are inefficient, we fire them. haha.

hahaha there’s this guy who was in the year below me in my old school who looked like HP. really! kids sorta picked on him though i felt bad for him. dunno if they still pick on him.

BTW, I also hate writing news articles. It’s boring. It’s better if you could write your own article, using your own theme and ideas. It’s fun that way. I also wrote a news article for our school newsletter but I’m not yet an official member of our publication. I still need to audition.

I hate writing news and I don’t know what made me News editor last year. I simply hate writing news. So anyway, congrats on being a staffer!

About that being Harry Potter, well, I am also still being tagged as Harry or Radcliffe almost everywhere. Think of it… most of them are kids a decade younger than me. hahaha. be proud that you resemble someone extraordinary yet fictitious.
I dunno from what school/student pub you belong, but congrats anyway. it’ll be tough for the first few months…
