Yaya, juice please

We’ve got a new maid (at long last). But I don’t know if I will be happy or sad. Sad because I’ll miss doing many household chores and being shouted because I still have not do this and that (lol). But I’ll still be doing some household chores (for sure), and I’ll water the plants everyday. Happy, because I will not get too tired and will have more time in the internet. And no more washing the dishes! Yes, I wash the dishes, it’s messy! No, I do not say “Yaya, Juice Please!” I can make my own juice!

I’m planning to change my layout but once again, I’ve got a “layout block” at the moment. I added some pages though. I’m planning to add more pages but I’m running out of ideas. Any suggestions? [EDIT] I changed my gmail account. Just send me an email at christian at asteeg dot net (it’s a forwarding email). I think I’ll gonna close my portfolio for my digital works and move it to deviantart. And as of my portfolio for my writings, I think I’ll also close it (even though it was not opened). Because I’m lazy doing its contents. [/EDIT]

Yahoo 360

Just this year, Yahoo! had a blogging tool. That’s Yahoo 360. You need an invitation from a subscriber in Yahoo’s 360 to join it. Because it’s still beta. It’s like Gmail, don’t you think? Yesterday, Skwayred gave me an invitation (I told her to send me one if she will have an account. Makapal ba mukha ko.. lol, I think yes). Thanks! Thanks! Thanks! Well, it’s okay though but I think Blogspot is better because there is no way you can customize your layout at 360. Anybody who want an invitation for 360 (as well as google’s gmail) are adviced to tell me in their comments. Haha.

Bad day? Hu? No!

If you have not noticed it’s Friday the Thirteenth today. Did you have a bad day or a good day? Me? I had a good day! Well, basically, if you will really think that Friday the thirteenth as a bad luck, you will really have a bad day, and the other way around. When I was still a freshman (HS), it was the friday the thirteenth then, and I was “Oh, It’s friday the thirteenth today. This is going to be a bad day.” Sure enough, it was a bad day, I failed a test! Then, in my Sophomore year, another Friday the thirteenth, I forgot that it was Friday the thirteenth so, I had a good day! Haha! Nothing bad had happend to me that day. And today, another friday the thirteenth, I’m trying my best not to think that this day is going to be bad. Good thing it does not. Hehe. I even cut my toe nails today. (They say that if you cut your nails during a friday the thirteenth, they won’t grow back again. What a superstitious?! I’ll prove that this is only a stupidity!)

Laughter is the best medicine

At HPforums.com there is this thread where Filipino Harry Potter fanataics interact with each other (and I’m proud I’m one of the first members of this club). The club was named as “The Flips With Pride Club.” One of the members posted two articles written by a Briton who is working here in the Philippines. I think the articles were written ages ago (as what my co-club had said) because Cardinal Sin is no longer the Archbishop of Manila and Ping is no longer the PNP Chief nowadays. I hope you’ll like the articles! And oh, they’re funny! I don’t own these articles! [EDIT] Some might be offended with these articles, but in the end, I think you’ll realize that Filipinos are unique. [/EDIT]

Pasalubong

My grandparents from my father side are already back here in the Philippines! We were at NAIA 1 last Sunday, 10:05pm. We left Pampanga for NAIA at around 7:00pm and got stuck at a heavy traffic at McArthur Hi-Way, we were avoiding a heavy traffic at the NLE (and the toll fee is really high). We were still in Pampanga by 8:00pm. Good thing we arrived at NAIA at 10:00pm, heck, three hours of looking at the roads! (This is one of the reason why I joined my father and some aunties to go to NAIA, I love seeing the road! Haha!) 10:10pm, the airplane landed. And we wait almost an hour by the barricaded waiting area for well-wishers (I think that’s how they call it) I saw my grandparents again! If you want to get inside those barricaded waiting area you’ve to pay PHP30.00. Stupid! I wonder if other airports are like this, but NAIA 2’s waiting area is not barricaded though. We ate at KFC (Shell NLE branch) around 12 mid-night. Haha, lol. Then went to my Uncle’s home because my grandparents are going to stay there. And we arrived home at exactly 2:10am, I hardly slept. And went again to my uncle’s house to see my grandparents to get our pasalubong (I’m not sure if pasalubong is a kapampangan word or a tagalog word but the translation of it in English is something like gifts). Of course, I got the things I want, BOOKS! Lol. Now, I have “Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them” by Newt Scamander (no, It’s JK Rowling’s.. lol. And I already finished reading it) and “Quidditch Thourgh the Ages” by Kennilworthy Whisp (no, It’s JK Rowling’s too… lol again). And to my surpirse, I got other books too: “The Ordinary White Boy” by Brock Clarke and “Harry Potter, You are the Best!”

[EDIT] I just downloaded the teaser trailer of Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire @ DanRadcliffe.Com. It’s only a minute plus some seconds! The trailer is not bad, but I want more… lol. I want to see the Yule Ball (that’s why, in my version4.0, Harry and Ron are in what called “dress robes”). I just don’t want the actor they hired as Victor Krum, he’s supposed to be handsome. Likewise with the actress they hired as Fleur Delacour! Lol! Demanding? Haha. But I like the one who act as Cedric Diggory. Want to see them? Go to TheSnitch.co.uk [/EDIT]
